Big Easy, Covent Garden

London’s Chelsea institution, Big Easy Bar.B.Q & Crabshack will open a new restaurant in Maiden Lane in February 2014. Taking inspiration from its King’s Road sibling it will offer a serious evolution of the beloved ‘crabshack’ in a more urban West End setting. The new venue will provide the most authentic, American fresh-smoked Bar.B.Q, seafood, cocktail and drinks offer in the UK.

Tommi’s Burger Joint, Kings Road

Tommi’s Burger Joint will be bringing its famed burgers to the slick streets of Chelsea, opening a second site on the Kings Road in early January.

The re-launch of Avenue

This February 2014, D&D’s Avenue restaurant in St James’s, will re-launch with a new look and an American-inspired menu. Located on St James’s Street, the restaurant will have interiors designed by Russell Sage and a menu focusing on dishes and produce from the USA. Avenue will also stock an extensive range of iconic and lesser-known American wines and its Bar will feature both cocktails and US and UK craft beers.

This February, vibrant neighbourhood fish brasserie, Kensington Place, will transform its private dining room into a pop-up restaurant: FISHBone.

A stone’s throw from Notting Hill station, FISHBone will be a unique fish and seafood spin on the ‘gourmet fast-food’ trend. Seating only 36 diners, the small and intimate space will boast a large communal wooden table running through the centre of the room, with vintage signs and posters adorning the walls.
