A Week at Sauce
The Michelin Star Awards
The much-awaited Michelin Star awards ceremony took place this Monday sending a wave of excitement throughout the whole office. Fortunately, this year we were all able to huddle around a computer screen to watch the ceremony as it was streamed live, beaming with pride for all of our clients. All stars were very much well-deserved but special congratulations must go out to John Williams at the Ritz, City Social, Angler at the South Place Hotel, Le Chapelle, LIMA Fitzrovia, Social Eating House and Pollen Street Social.
This week Sauce were also involved in the opening of the much-anticipated Margot in Covent Garden. The restaurant prides itself on celebrating the glamour of Italian food, wine, and design with a special emphasis on excellent service, and with the amount of positive feedback given so far, this truly has been achieved.
Blush Charity Event
This Thursday the national charity, Breast Cancer Haven hosted an evening of glamour at their spearhead fundraising event, Blush. Guests were treated to a special dinner from the international events and catering company, Absolute Taste. There was entertainment from Velma Celli, and the chance to bid on exclusive auction prizes in aid of all the vital work at Breast Cancer Heaven. Sauce were delighted to attend the party along with many clients to celebrate and support such a fantastic cause.
Relais & Chateaux Support Biodiversity Through Bees
Also at Sauce this week our client Relais & Chateaux, have proudly announced that some of their international properties will be helping to reduce the risk of Bee extinction. By offering ‘bee-friendly’ properties internationally we will continue to see the production of honey all over the world. Bees are indicators of the health of our ecosystems and the only pollinators for a large number of plants. Due to the expected one-third of our food supply disappearing without them, these ‘bee-friendly’ hotels are vital for biodiversity.
