Celebrate London Dog Week at M
A week of canine fun including Fur-Mamma’s Day, a sausage dog celebration and a doggy fashion brunch
M restaurants are renowned for their hound hospitality, hosting regular pooch parties and a weekly doggy brunch menu on Saturdays. However, from 24-30 March the restaurant group will be welcoming dogs in their hundreds as M partners with the very first London Dog Week for a series of events honouring man’s best friend.
Fur-Mamma’s Day
For many Brits parenthood is just as much about raising puppies as it is about raising children. So, this year, a week ahead of Mother’s Day, M has joint forces with London Dog Week to offer ‘pawrents’ a special day to spend some quality time with their canine kids! Fur Mamma’s day, on Sunday 24 March, will see M Victoria transformed into a pamper lounge offering bespoke grooming sessions and ‘pawsome’ pedicures from 9.45am-5.45pm. Both pooches and parents will also be treated to a full-body massage, glass of Prosecco/Pawsecco and a delicious Sunday lunch in the restaurant. The package is priced at £82.50 for one parent and puppy or £165 for two. A donation will be made to Street Vet and Plush Bears Shelter for every ticket sold.
A Sausage Dog Celebration
Each year London Dog Week will be celebrating a specific dog breed, kicking off in 2019 with the much-loved sausage dog! On Sunday 24 March from 2.30-5pm, Insta-famous Winston the mini dachshund will be celebrating his 2nd birthday at M and is calling on all London dachshunds (and their owners) to join him for a delicious 2-course lunch and glass of Pawsecco or doggy beer to toast to the occasion. There will also be a number of giveaways, special guest hosts and lots of interactive activities around the venue for both dog and owner to enjoy. Tickets are priced at £35 for one human and one dachshund.
The Fashion Brunch
For all the four-legged furry fashionistas out there, the London Dog Week fashion brunch is not to be missed. On Saturday 30 March, M Victoria will be unveiling their very first runway as some of London’s most renowned hounds take to the ‘dog walk’ modelling stylish doggy designs from a variety of independent brands. Ticket holders will then be able to shop the lines on show from the ‘pup-up’ boutiques before tucking into a delicious brunch menu designed exclusively for the event. Tickets are priced at £40pp and doors open from 11am-1pm then 2.30-4.30pm.
