Alongside traditional finger sandwich offerings, expect new additions such as roast beef with pumpernickel & cocoa bread. Sultana scones will be served warm with strawberry jam and, especially for this new menu, a white chocolate cream. Then comes an assortment of pastries, including a dark chocolate and raspberry éclair, a milk chocolate orange tart and a white chocolate & passion fruit delice. And to enjoy throughout, a choice of teas including Canton Tea’s Chocolate Tea – an exceptional blend of loose leaf Assam and Yunnan, Peruvian cocoa nibs and Madagascan vanilla.
