To start, a buffet selection of Italian salads, cured meats, cheese and Italian breads will be available. Guests will then have a choice of Theo’s Recommendations, which includes Carne Salata (thinly sliced black Angus beef with zucchini, rocket pine nuts and parmesan) and Insalata di granchio (fresh Devon crab with Florence fennel, dandelion and Sardinian bottarga). For the third course, guests can choose from a selection of pasta dishes, including Cappelletti di vitello (fresh pasta stuffed with slow cooked veal with pancetta, porcini mushrooms and parmesan). The penultimate course offers dishes such as Branzino al forno (roasted sea bass with tomatoes, olives, capers, roasted Sicilian red peppers and rainbow chard) and Trota di mare (roasted sea trout fillet with zucchini trifolati, datterini tomatoes, Italian spinach, capers and taggiasche olives). To finish, a selection of desserts to share will be served to the table and for those still craving something sweet, freshly made crepes and a range of condiments are available at ‘Theo’s Dessert Shop’. Unlimited Prosecco and Bloody Mary’s will be available for two hours from the time of arrival.
