Tom’s Kitchen new veggie/gluten-free burger

Specially for National Burger Month, Tom’s Kitchen have launched its very own veggie, gluten-free burger including a sweet potato and chickpea patty with sun-dried tomato mayo and aubergine & shiitake relish, topped with pickles and heritage tomatoes (£16).  The burger is available at Tom’s Kitchen restaurants in Chelsea, St Katharine Docks and Canary Wharf, including the recently launched Birmingham site.

Celebrate National Burger Month with Dirty Bones delicious Mac Daddy burger! Priced at £11 and served at Dirty Bones Carnaby, Shoreditch and the newly opened Soho, Dirty Bones’s signature dish features 6oz burger topped with pulled beef short rib, mac ‘n’ cheese, Dirty Bones barbecue sauce and Dirty Bones pickles.

Offer of the Century at Tommi’s Burger Joints

Last month saw Tommi’s Burger Joint open its third site in Soho, bringing its famed burgers to the heart of Soho.  Originating in Iceland, founded by Tommi Tomasson (pictured below), Tommi’s Burger Joints serve carefully sourced burgers from their trusted British suppliers, with meat from award-winning HG Walter butchers and bread from Millers Bakery. Already located at Thayer Street and Kings Road, Tommi’s head chef Siggi Gunnlaugsson cooks the burgers over an American gas grill to enhance the charcoal flavour, then garnishes in the classic diner style with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and chopped onion, with a side of fries garnished with a homemade Bearnaise and cocktail sauces.

Big Easy £10 Express menu

Celebrate National Burger Month with Big Easy’s £10 Express menu – available at all sites from 12pm-6pm and for post theatre 10pm until close. The offer includes a main with side and choice of drink between prosecco, house wine, Big Easy brew, slushie cocktail or any soft drink. As part of the offer, guests will be able to enjoy the delicious Double Bacon Cheeseburger (Good old-fashioned prime beef burgers doubled up and topped with onions, tomatoes, bacon and cheese) which is served with fries. Opera Tavern’s mini Iberico Pork and Foie Gras Burger

Salt Yard’s Opera Tavern are serving their renowned mini Iberico pork and foie gras burger (£8).  The beautiful two-story bar and restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden is located in a beautiful former pub, specialising in Italian and Spanish influenced tapas with a charcoal grill on the ground floor.

The Ridiculous Burger at Brewhouse & Kitchen

For a truly indulgent feast this National Burger Month, look no further than the creative beer-based burgers at Brewhouse & Kitchen. Not for the faint hearted, the ridiculous burger boasts two 6oz 21-day aged Birchstead beef patties, BBQ pulled pork and smoked streaky bacon with IPA battered onion rings, mature Cheddar cheese, cask ale relish, tomato, lettuce and slices of red onion sandwiched between a sourdough beer bun. The team recommend enjoying alongside a wood-aged beer and a side of garlic and hop salted skin-on fries dipped in IPA cured pickle.

Executive Chef Paul Bates has created a knock-out burger made with the finest Wagyu steak garnished with bacon, cheese and tomato salsa (£16).  OXBO is a neighbourhood eatery in Bankside, located in the Hilton Bankside hotel, serving seasonal British ingredients with a global twist.
