This eye-catching dessert from the Game Bird’s Head Pastry Chef Magdalena Kubanska plays on the flavours of a traditional black forest gateau. A carefully crafted chocolate cylinder is filled with a bitter chocolate mousse, cherry jam, kirsch, and Chantilly cream. It’s perfectly paired with a cleansing cherry sorbet and is priced at £9.00.
