Even if you are not the biggest fan of this romantic holiday, we encourage you to hop on the love bandwagon and embrace the celebration at one of our dearest places in London and abroad this weekend.

Share the love this Valentine’s Day at Tom’s Kitchen
On Sunday 14th February, Tom’s Kitchen restaurants are offering diners a wonderful selection of Valentine’s Day dishes to share with that special someone. Guests can begin with a special Rose Petal Martini or Vesper Martini, and choose from Venison Tartar with sourdough toast and slow cooked egg; or a Fish Board with potted chalk farm trout, crab mayonnaise, pastrami halibut, smoked haddock kedgeree croquettes, pickled cucumber and sour dough toast. Sharing main courses include Whole Roasted Newlyn Brill with chive and lobster butter sauce and shaved fennel salad or Cumbrian Cote de Boeuf Steak with wild mushroom ragout, and triple cooked chips with truffle. For dessert, guests can chose from the pastry chef’s Sharing Dessert Board or a Maltesers Ice Cream Sundae.
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Savile Row’s Sartoria and Maserati
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Chef Patron Francesco Mazzei has created a special four course menu of indulgent dishes, perfectly suited to the Valentine’s season and priced at £60 per head. In addition, diners visiting Sartoria this period will have the rare opportunity to book a chauffeur-driven Maserati Quattroporte, available for an additional charge of £50 per hour for all distances between the M25.
Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Café Royal
This Valentine’s weekend, Ten Room at Café Royal will be offering a series of contemporary tasting menus designed by Chef de cuisine, Armand Sablon. Following a glass of champagne and a selection of canapés, guests will be able to choose between set menus of three or five courses, with dishes including Poached native oyster with cucumber and caviar; Seared Angus beef fillet with truffle, wild mushrooms and hibiscus essence; and Raspberry lychee crémeux with crystallised roses and lemon confit. Meanwhile, the beautiful marble surrounds of The Café will be the perfect spot to enjoy the special Valentine’s cakes, including a Wild strawberry and lemon tartlet, and a Raspberry and lychee rose gateaux.
Embrace the romance of the River Thames with Le Pont de la Tour and Thames Limo
Renowned French restaurant Le Pont de la Tour has partnered with Thames Limo to offer guests the perfect alternative to a traditional proposal, engagement party, anniversary or special occasion. London’s latest water limousine, sporting the unmistakable Union Jack hull, has been especially adapted with sleek styling and elegant fitting, and will provide guests with a memorable river voyage and a stylish arrival and/or departure from Le Pont de la Tour. Upon arrival at Le Pont de la Tour, guests will be greeted with creative cocktails and a wonderful four course menu from head chef Frederick Forster.
Dirty Lovin’ Specials at Dirty Bones
This Valentine’s weekend, Dirty Bones will be offering their new Dirty Lovin’ specials, including the Sugar Daddy Cocktail (Bombay Sapphire, Cointreau, lemon, Lillet Rouge and egg white, served in a glass rimmed with popping candy and hundreds & thousands). Guests will also be able to enjoy the Banana Toblerone-Tella Waffles (caramelised banana, Toblerone-tella, blueberry jam, peanut butter gelato, and crushed nuts served on a freshly baked waffle).
For those looking to go all out on the evening of 14th February, a Valentine’s Tasting Menu event will also be happening at Dirty Bones Kensington, featuring some brand new dishes developed by special guest chef, Adam Rawson. Courses will include heroes like the Slow-Cooked Short Rib, Dirty Bream, the indulgent PB & J dessert and more – plus the ‘Sugar Daddy’ welcome cocktail.
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Mayfair favourite Tokimeite
Situated in the heart of Mayfair, on Conduit street, the newly opened Japanese restaurant Tokimeitē will invite guests to celebrate Valentine’s Day in style with a fabulous set menu, priced at £80 per head. Highlights from the menu include Wagyu Rei Shabu – thinly sliced Wagyu shabu shabu garnished with ponzu jelly and edible flowers; a table simmered Wagyu Sukiyaki served with onion and watercress in miso dashi with a side of creamy truffle sauce and a variety of sashimi sets and sushi rolls.
Cosy and beautifully decorated, the fourth restaurant from Salt Yard Group, Ember Yard, is the perfect location for Valentine’s Day. Ember Yard takes inspiration from Spanish and Italian methods of cooking over charcoal and is located at number 60 Berwick Street (in the heart of Soho). It is a lovely two storey restaurant and bar, with an open plan kitchen on the ground floor and a cool and cosy bar on the lower ground floor.

On Valentine’s Day, the quintessentially Parisian bistro Blanchette will offer its beautifully decorated space, filled with romantically ambient lighting, good vibes and bags of charm. Blanchette will be serving the usual a la carte menu as well as some delicious specials, including a chocolate fondue.

With Valentine’s Day approaching, Arabica Bar & Kitchen has developed the perfect pair of cocktails, the His & Hers sparklers, available at the restaurant this weekend. The sparkler for him is a cocktail of tangy limoncello, gin, vanilla and star anise syrup topped off with prosecco. For her, a Levantine-inspired sparkler featuring Arabica’s Tisane des amourex which adds a subtle cranberry and citrus flavour with a hint of cinnamon. The cocktail is made with prosecco, tisane des amourex syrup, rose and violet liqueur.
Threadneedle Bar launches cocktails inspired by Theo Fennell jewellery
For a special treat this Valentine’s, Threadneedle Bar will offer a bespoke service in collaboration with Theo Fennell store in The Royal Exchange where guests will be able to choose a piece of jewellery to be served alongside 3 bespoke cocktails, inspired by the beautiful pieces of Theo Fennell jewellery and the glamorous surroundings of The Royal Exchange. The perfect surprise for a loved one this Valentine’s Day.
The Distillery – Valentine’s Day Cocktail
This Valentine’s Day, The Distillery becomes an alchemist’s laboratory of sensations, where expert mixologists conjure love potions from spirits, bitters and home-made syrups. The Valentine’s Day signature cocktail, ‘Pour me for Love’, is a concoction of vodka and strawberry mint shrub poured over crushed ice to enjoy with a delicious rose liquor jelly and edible blossom to share and chased with a bubbly mouthful of cranberry infused prosecco. Polaroid cameras will also be on hand at the bar to capture the special moment, making the perfect Valentine’s Day evening.
Hugs and Kisses Valentine’s Day cocktail at Pollen Street Social
To celebrate this year’s Valentine’s Day, Pollen Street Social will be mixing up a decadent Champagne cocktail with a twist. Evoking the spirit of the Greek goddess of love and sexuality, ‘Hugs and Kisses’ combines the coffee, ginger and chilli notes of Aphrodite bitters with the citrus and floral taste of Remy Martin XO. Served in a champagne flute and garnished with a single, elegant rose petal, the cocktail is finished in front of guests with a Grand Marnier Quintessence mist. Priced at £18, this beautiful cocktail is the perfect way to toast to your Valentine this year.
City Social’s ‘Damson to Impress’ Valentine’s Day Cocktail
This Valentine’s Day, Jason Atherton’s City Social has put a romantic twist on one of its signature cocktails. For the week of Valentine’s Day only, the ‘Damson in a Stress’ cocktail will become ‘Damson to Impress’. Combining Absolut Elyx Vodka, damson, rosemary, lemon, Aperol and prosecco, the cocktail will arrive displaying a personal and handwritten love note instead, which, for an added touch of romance, guests will be able to call ahead to relay to the bartender.
