We’re REALLY excited to announce that a number of our fantastic clients will be making an appearance over the next five days, hosting restaurant pop ups as well as leading live cooking demonstrations. Check out the line-up below:
Margot
Not to be missed… Restaurateur Paulo de Tarso will be hosting the Taste Residence stage throughout the festival.
Executive Chef Maurizio Morelli will be cooking up mouth-watering Italian classics during his live cooking demonstration this Thursday 3:30-4pm. We’ll be there!
Senor Ceviche
Head to their restaurant pop up and tuck into mouth-watering Peruvian grub! *says drooling*
Ember Yard
Catch Exec Chef Dan Sherlock for a live demonstration TODAY at 6-6.30pm.
LUME Milano
We’re delighted to be welcoming the incredibly talented Chef Luigi Taglienti of Michelin-starred LUME Milano. Luigi will be at the AEG Taste Theatre on Thursday 6-6.30pm for live cooking demonstration. Following this, he will be hosting an exclusive coffee presentation at the illy coffee stand.
Francesco Mazzei
Onto the weekend… Chef Patron Francesco Mazzei; of authentic Italian trattoria in Islington and Savile Row’s Sartoria, will be on stage this Saturday from 3.30-4pm.
Theo Randall at The InterContinental
Heading to Taste this Sunday? Renowned Chef Theo Randall will be cooking live at midday. Seasonality and quality of produce is at the heart each of Theo’s dishes. We can’t wait!
