UK Restaurants & Hotels Are Back From 4th July

The last few months have been incredibly challenging for the hospitality and tourism industries as well as so many other sectors. As restrictions start to ease gradually and a new form of ‘normality’ begins to play out, so many restaurants, hotels, bars and pubs and cafes across the UK look ahead to the weekend and to re-opening their doors to the public following the latest government advice.

Saturday 4th July marks a huge step for many of our restaurant and hotel clients across the country. As one of the leading restaurant and hotel PR agencies we have seen how the current climate has impacted these industries and so we cannot be more pleased to announce the news of several re-openings.

Each and every one of our clients have carefully planned out their strategies for the re-opening in order to make their sites as safe as possible for both staff and customer.

Below is a snapshot of Sauce clients set to open their doors this coming weekend. Now more than ever we encourage you to support your local eateries and naturally we can’t wait to get ourselves back to all of these spots in the coming weeks!

We are delighted to have just started working with industry legend Rick Stein and his restaurants, each of which will be opening on July 4th including the acclaimed Seafood Restaurant in Padstow.

Leading restaurant group D&D London, which includes the likes of Bluebird Chelsea, 14 Hills and local favourite, Radici from Francesco Mazzei will also open all of their sites on the 4th July.

Over in Fitzrovia, Arros QD – London’s best paella haunt from the three time Michelin-starred Quique Dacosta – will be ready to serve you, as well as everyone’s favourite South Kensington French burger joint: Big Fernand (raclette cheese in our burgers, yes please!).

Jason Atherton and his Social Company are back from the1st August but reservations lines are now open across all restaurants. Similarly, Tom Brown and Cornerstone are back at the end of July in their buzzy Hackney Wick spot.

The sensationally good Around the Cluck – a new take of 12:51 from chef, James Cochran – will be open for service on the 4th too, as well as Nottingham’s best fish and chippy, The Cod’s Scallops.

Tapas will be available at Iberica sites across the UK, and Covent Garden’s sweetheart, Frenchie, is opening for al fresco street-side dining in the coming days. If you can’t wait until then, the Frenchie team are already offering take away and delivery for enjoyment in the comfort of your home.

Over in Green Park, The Stafford Hotel including its restaurant The Game Bird and courtyard reopens on the 3rd August for guests to lap up the sun.

Our beloved Goring family hotel – The Goring in Belgravia – will reopen with re liveried footmen on 4 September for overnight stays, room to roam in their gardens and supper on the veranda.

Beyond London we are thrilled to be working with the latest opening in Henley from the Crockers Tring team, which will launch on July 4th with al fresco dining. Its new rooms will be bookable for riverside getaways from the 1st August and the team will be launching two exclusive chef’s tables then too.

Devon will see Lymptsone Manor opening on the 4th, as well as Boringdon Hall and its gorgeous on-site fine dining spot, Acleaf.

Overnight getaways in the breathtaking surroundings of Cumbria and the Yorkshire Dales will be possible from the end of July at Forest Side and Hipping Hall, but book now as they’re already inundated with reservations.

Michelin-starred Northcote Manor is opening on 28 July with the brilliant chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen doing what she does best, and Pale Hall in Snowdonia is opening just after on 3 August.

Up in Birmingham Alex Claridge and his rock n’ roll restaurant The Wilderness will reopen in September, and is taking bookings now!

As well as Lymptsone Manor in Devon, acclaimed chef Michael Caines will also be re-opening The Cove in Cornwall’s Maenporth, on the 4th July.

We’ll be keeping you updated with more re-openings as they follow. Keep an eye on our Instagram feed @saucecomms for all the latest news.
