Dirty Bones launches fourth site in Soho – New York-inspired comfort food and cocktails to arrive at Denman Street

Rib-Eye-Steak

The team behind Dirty Bones is excited to announce Saturday, 29th April as the official open date of their newest site on Denman Street in Soho, following an intial 50%-off food soft launch period running 24th – 28th April. Taking design inspiration from the loft-style apartments of Brooklyn and the glamour of Studio 54, the 60-cover restaurant will also feature a number of new signature dishes developed exclusively for the group’s Soho site.

Staying true to the playful New York-inspired comfort food classics fans have come to know and love, the Soho menu will showcase dishes such as the Slow n’ Low Pork Belly Ribs marinated in Dr. Pepper and burnt onion and ale BBQ sauce, as well as an all-new rotating selection of grass-fed British rib-eye steak. In addition, the menu will also house lighter lunch and dinner options like the Raw Kale & Chilli Salad (also available at Dirty Bones Carnaby and Shoreditch from today), Roasted Chilli-Mint Squash, Grilled Fish Tacos and Short Rib Tacos served build-your-own style with a whole beef short rib.

Overseen by Lotti Lorenzetti, the design of Dirty Bones Soho will echo New York’s post-industrial chic look, embracing the urban, artistic and youthful character of Brooklyn, Bushwick and Williamsburg. Key pieces from East London artist Danny Augustine will display alongside bespoke neon lighting fixtures, intentionally mismatched furniture and timber-concrete flooring to contribute to the atmosphere of cool sophistication found in NYC’s trendiest boroughs. The open kitchen will allow guests to see the chefs at work, while the addition of an antique floor-to-ceiling bookcase will enhance the at-home feel of an NYC apartment.

As with the current Dirty Bones locations in Kensington, Carnaby and Shoreditch, Dirty Bones Soho will also serve a delicious weekend brunch, complete with Boozy Brunch Cocktail Flights, hollandaise-topped Dirty Crumpets and Dirty Bones’ signature Chicken & Waffles topped with a fried egg. A selection of cold pressed juices and creative hot drinks such as the Turmeric Latte and Dirty Chai will also be available.

Complete with the brand’s original blended playlist of hip hop, funk and soul classics, Dirty Bones Soho will be a welcome addition to Soho’s ever-thriving food, arts and music scene and the group’s expanding portfolio of locations in London.
