Social Media Account Manager

Due to recent clients wins, we are looking for a highly creative and experienced Social Media Account Manager to join the Marketing & Digital team at Sauce.

Working with a range of clients (including restaurants, hotels and bars) and being responsible for Sauce’s social media presence across all platforms; you will need to be passionate about helping businesses engage with customers online.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day running of several concurrent social media campaigns on behalf of our clients:
    • Developing and launching innovative campaigns to grow client following
    • Designing and creating engaging content including multimedia
    • Responding to customer service enquiries
    • Writing in different tones of voice
    • Engaging with online influencers i.e. bloggers, Instgrammers
    • Reporting back to the client regularly
  • Lead and be responsible for the growth of Sauce’s social media presence across all platforms
  • Help out with broader Marketing & Digital tasks as required i.e. support at events
  • Support with in-house design and artwork creation

Requirements

  • Energetic, enthusiastic and innovative
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience working in a relevant role
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how they can be used to drive business
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Team player and fast learner with a can do attitude
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Experience of using Adobe design products: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Passion for working in the hospitality and travel industry
